They get hired

We interview them our way. If they're the right fit, they start.

Clear 3 months

Once they pass their 3-month probation, we pay you $500.

Key terms at a glance

• The $500 reward is paid only after the referred person completes their 3-month probation period.
• Metro Machining contacts the referred person directly — they still need to apply and go through our normal process.
• You must register your details and agree to the terms to be eligible.
• The referrer must have the candidate's consent to share their details, and must not be their current employer.
• Metro Machining has final discretion on eligibility and whether a reward is payable.
• This is not a lottery, prize draw, or game of chance — it is a reward for a genuine referral resulting in a successful hire.
